Rehab focused. On average there are 2 CNAs per shift and rehab has a tech 20 hours per week. Type of equipment: All lift equipment is available large rehab gym with different pieces of equipment Documentation system: Cerner Scheduling requirements: set schedule of Monday-Friday (8:00- 4:30) Floating policy: will float to Eckerd Living Center if needed (which is in the same building). Primary location will be Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Patient Experience requirements: Prefer 1 year of experience at minimumHospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS requiredHiring profileRequested Skill Set: Must have: ability to evaluate and treat patient admitted to the hospital with a strong rehab mindset. Focus is on treatment (vs. eval only). Advanced skills needed: none Procedures performed on unit: comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments.
