Kforce has a client in need of a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage digital learning content in Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) including SCORM/xAPI packages PDFs and videos.
  • Enroll users in courses and learning paths using manual and bulk upload methods based on provided rosters.
  • Provide LMS help-desk support to resolve learner issues related to course access launches and navigation.
  • Prepare user transcript reports and generate weekly and bi-weekly enrollment and completion reports identifying departments with above- and below-average participation.
  • Review and quality-check Mosaic training content in Articulate Storyline to ensure accuracy functional links enabled closed captioning and proper visual alignment.
  • Format and standardize PowerPoint presentations using corporate templates for virtual classroom delivery and document management systems.
  • Perform basic accessibility checks prior to publishing learning content.
  • Use Excel to cross-reference HR data with LMS user lists to ensure enrollment accuracy.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and version control in SharePoint for Storyline PowerPoint and CSV files.
  • Test courses to confirm correct virtual meeting links Outlook invitation deployment from ALM and accurate course completion tracking.
  • Manage scheduled course retirements based on completion timelines fiscal year or seasonal requirements.

Required Skills : iLabor Jobs Details Visa Restrictions None Locals Only/ Out of Area/ Remote Hybrid - Boston MA 3-5 Must Haves Key Responsibilities * Experience supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) including content uploads organization quality assurance and user support/troubleshooting. * Ability to manage and maintain digital learning content with an understanding of instructional design principles accessibility basics and content QA. * Strong communication collaboration attention to detail and sound judgment when working with stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to manage multiple priorities work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to team-based projects. * 5 years in a project or program coordination role **or** a bachelors degree in a related field. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools.
