Job Summary

Job Description:

FTL Operations

Manage end-to-end FTL movements across regions
Plan and optimize routes for cost and turnaround time
Ensure vehicle availability placement and on-time deliveries
Monitor freight costs negotiate rates and control budgets
Track KPIs such as OTIF transit time and vehicle utilization

Cold Chain Operations

Oversee temperature-controlled logistics for perishable and pharma goods
Ensure compliance with cold chain standards (GDP HACCP FSSAI etc.)
Monitor temperature data reefer performance and excursions
Coordinate with warehouses transporters and customers for seamless operations
Handle deviations root cause analysis and corrective actions

Vendor & Fleet Management

Onboard manage and audit transporters and cold chain vendors
Ensure fleet compliance documentation and safety standards
Develop long-term partnerships to improve service levels

Process & Compliance

Implement SOPs for FTL and cold chain movements
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the single point of contact for internal teams and key clients
Provide regular MIS reports and performance dashboards
Support business development with operational inputs
