Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: New York City NY OR Jersey City NJ (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Taxterms: C2C W2

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects related to insurance claims systems tools and processes.
Gather analyse and document business and functional requirements for payment systems especially Zelle integrations.
Translate business needs into detailed API specifications and system requirements.
Work closely with Product Owners developers and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and API contracts
Support end-to-end payment processing workflows including integration touchpoints.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with payment standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and UAT support.

Skills:

Zelle Payment domain knowledge
Payment domain knowledge with API specification requirement gathering knowhow
Business analysis expertise with Agile methodologies
Minimum 3-5 years of BSA experience
Payment domain knowledge with API specification requirement gathering knowhow
