Pay | HK$19764 - HK$24701 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist Medical Social Work professionals to
a) liaise coordinate and organize meetings psycho-educational activities and programmes for patients and/or their carers.
b) facilitate peer sharing and strengthen mutual support amongst patients of self-help groups.
c) coordinate and supervise volunteer service.
d) assist in the Rehab shop service.
e) handle enquiries from patients and public.
2. To carry out general clerical duties include filing data entry and record keeping.
3. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. Completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent (see Remarks); AND
2. Completion of structured departmental training (see Remarks); AND
3. Good command of English and Chinese written and spoken.
Preferable Attributes:
1. Keen interest in meeting people and developing a career in the healthcare service.
2. Possess working experience in customer service mass programme and volunteer service preferably in hospital or healthcare settings.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Program operation (e.g. Word Excel Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing.
5. Self-motivated responsible and able to work independently.

2.Applicants who do not meet entry requirements (2) if find suitable will be employed to undergo at least 6 months on the job training including the structured departmental training. Employment may be terminated if the selected applicant cannot pass the assessment after training.
