The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program beginning April 20 2026 and ending July 31 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

As the Project Management - Vice President in the payments transformation team you will build a strong relationship with Ops product and tech partners and focus on the promoting the transformation agenda business strategy planning communication and governance for the large scale strategic programs.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee global program governance structure
  • Provides project management support to a team of operations focused product owners
  • Drives cross functional engagement with key partners across Technology Product and operations
  • Implement the project structure and governance required to deliver on the agreed strategy Management of project plan (scope stakeholders risks and issues timeline etc).
  • Ensure Agile ways of working and adherence to agreed program cadence
  • Creates and maintain project plans drives accountability and ensures target deliverable dates are achievable by impacted teams
  • Track progress and escalate delays with path to green plans
  • Generates regular project status reports executive summaries meeting minutes and actions items to business partners and senior management

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • 7 years of Project management / PMO experience in global programs
  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Clear action - oriented oral and written communication skills
  • Strong executive presentation skills
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
  • Influences outcomes and delivery across all parts of the global program
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Identify establish monitor and measure key metrics to gauge program success
  • Create program status scorecards and presentations and possess strong ability to drive data driven business decisions
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft products suite (Excel PowerPoint Access Visio Word) along with Skills of the Future tools ( Alteryx and Tableau)
  • Strong payments knowledge.
