Key Responsibilities

Strategic Tax Planning & Business Enablement

• Lead the development and execution of global tax planning strategies that support business transformation growth initiatives and evolving operating models.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on tax implications of key business decisions including new products markets legal entity structures and supply chain changes.
• Partner closely with Finance Legal Treasury Corporate Development and business leaders to embed tax considerations into strategic planning and execution.

Business Transformation & Growth Initiatives

• Support enterprise transformation initiatives (e.g. changes in operating models ERP implementations shared services and global process redesign) to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
• Provide tax leadership for expansion into new jurisdictions including permanent establishment transfer pricing and indirect tax considerations in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Oversee global tax planning initiatives including legal entity structures intellectual property alignment and crossborder transactions.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison with external advisors tax authorities (as appropriate) and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Provide executivelevel communication and clear recommendations on complex tax matters to nontax stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Thought Leadership

• Drive continuous improvement in tax planning processes analytical capabilities and use of data and technology.
• Contribute to the development of the companys overall tax strategy and longterm tax vision.
• Promote best practices in global tax planning governance and sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; Master of Accountancy Taxation emphasis strongly preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred.
• 13 years of progressive experience in corporate tax public accounting or a combination of both with significant focus on tax planning and strategy.
• Proven experience supporting largescale business transformation growth initiatives and complex transactions in a multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax principles including transfer pricing and crossborder tax planning.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders translate technical issues into business impact and operate effectively in a fastchanging environment.
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
