Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Senior Field Engineer who will provide advanced on-site technical leadership and support for mining or heavy civil construction projects overseeing field execution ensuring compliance with design specifications safety standards and project timelines while collaborating closely with superintendents contractors and engineering teams.

This role is for a seasoned engineer who operates with significant independence takes ownership of site coordination and problem resolution and applies strong judgment in fast-paced high-stakes field environments.

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Mining Civil Geological Geotechnical Hydrology or related engineering/science discipline is required. Or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience managing projects supporting site activities installing piezometers and borehole testing.
Proficient with MS Office related software and computers.
Ability to travel to and from sites is required.
