Job Summary

Supervisory Responsibilities:

On-Call call back scheduling

Job Summary:

Distributes purchasing information to involved parties including vendors sales representatives and employees. Reviews and evaluates purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness. Gathers records and completes purchase data. Completes other related projects as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Escalation point for strategic negotiations and coaching for buyers
The leadership of a team of buyers and various positions across dept.
Ensure suppliers perform with excellence in Quality Cost and Delivery and take action where they fall short
Lead and supervise a team of purchasing professionals providing guidance and training.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand purchasing needs specifications andbudget constraints for all depts.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience as a Purchasing Supervisor Procurement Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of procurement processes supplier management and inventory control
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using procurement software and tools (e.g. ERP systems)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrated leadership abilities including coaching team building and conflict resolution

Education and Experience:

Associates degree in business administration supply chain management or a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CSCP CPSM) are a plus or equivalent experience of 5 years plus

Job Type: Full Time Days

Pay: $75000-$95000/annually
