Job Summary

Overview

The Senior HR Systems & Analytics Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for HR systems and workforce analytics with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) as the system of record.

  • This role is responsible for ensuring HR data is accurate secure scalable and actionable while translating complex workforce data into insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • This position blends deep hands-on ADP WFN expertise with advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate has extensive experience working within ADP Workforce Now and can design meaningful dashboards and reporting solutions particularly through Power BI integrations without requiring training on core HR systems.

Responsibilities

HR Systems Ownership (ADP Workforce Now)

  • Serve as the primary operational owner and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now
  • Maintain system integrity and hygiene including job data organizational structures approvals and custom fields
  • Operate within the Human Resources function while collaborating cross-functionally as needed
  • Support system releases enhancements testing and configuration changes
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Design build and maintain Power BI dashboards using ADP and other approved data sources
  • Develop workforce trend and forward-looking analysis
  • Extract transform validate and reconcile workforce data
  • Automate recurring reporting processes and document reporting logic
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs

Data Governance Integrations & Process Improvement

  • Ensure workforce data accuracy security and consistency
  • Support HR systems integrations aligned with HR processes
  • Maintain standard data definitions and reporting conventions
  • Recommend system and reporting enhancements
  • Support HR technology projects and optimizations

System Enablement Adoption & Support

  • Partner with Learning & Development to ensure system enablement materials are maintained
  • Define and document system usage standards
  • Confirm adoption through documentation and ongoing support
  • Provide troubleshooting and guidance for HR systems
  • Maintain job aids and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Expert-level experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • 4 years of HR systems or people analyst experience
  • Power BI dashboard development experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR data and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations or enhancements
  • Knowledge of HR data privacy and governance
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
