Job Summary
Position: IT Specialist
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As an IT Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our companys technological systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems including servers networks and workstations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both hardware and software related
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems as needed
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
- Provide technical support and training to employees as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networks
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
