Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys technological infrastructure and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our business as well as supporting our employees technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all company hardware software and networking systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees in a timely manner
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Conduct regular data backups and disaster recovery plans
- Train employees on new systems and software as needed
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Experience with data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements
