Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm

Chúng tôi tìm kiếm những cộng sự thiết kế trẻ trung sáng tạo nhưng có tư duy chỉn chu để cùng xây dựng hình ảnh thương hiệu cho WhiteCoat. Bạn sẽ là người phù phép cho các kiến thức y khoa khô khan trở nên sinh động dễ hiểu và thu hút thông qua hình ảnh và video.

• Công việc: Toàn thời gian (Thứ 2 - Thứ 6)

Bạn sẽ làm gì

Ứng viên được chọn sẽ đảm nhiệm các công việc sau:

Quản trị Hình ảnh & Thương hiệu:

• Thiết kế và quản lý quy trình sản xuất ấn phẩm POSM (standee brochure backdrop...).

• Làm việc trực tiếp với nhà cung cấp/nhà in để đảm bảo chất lượng thành phẩm thực tế.

• Đảm bảo tính nhất quán tuyệt đối của Brand Guideline trên mọi nền tảng.

Sản xuất Nội dung đa phương tiện:

• Lên ý tưởng hình ảnh cho các chiến dịch Social Media (Facebook Zalo Instagram).

• Độc lập quay và dựng các video marketing (TikTok Reels) video phỏng vấn bác sĩ. Tự dự báo và xử lý các thách thức phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất (ánh sáng âm thanh kịch bản).

Điều phối Sự kiện & Đa nhiệm:

• Hỗ trợ điều phối các sự kiện/ workshop/ health talk

• Sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên và quản lý cùng lúc nhiều dự án Marketing từ online đến offline một cách khoa học.

Cải tiến quy trình:

• Nhận diện và đề xuất các cách làm mới/công cụ mới (như AI) để tối ưu hóa quy trình thiết kế và sản xuất nội dung của team.

Hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp:

• Hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn các thành viên khác (hoặc Intern/L1) về chuyên môn thiết kế và quy trình phối hợp với các bộ phận (BD Operations).

What we are looking for

We are looking for a creative energetic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join us in building the brand identity for WhiteCoat. You will be the magician who transforms complex medical knowledge into engaging easy-to-understand and visually appealing images and videos.

• Location: 63 Minh Khai Bach Mai Ward Hanoi

• Availability: Immediate starters preferred.

• Job type: Full time (Mon - Fri)

What you will be doing

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Visual & Brand Management:

• Design and manage the end-to-end production process for POSM materials (standees brochures backdrops etc.).

• Work directly with vendors and printing houses to ensure the quality of final physical outputs.

• Ensure absolute consistency of Brand Guidelines across all platforms.

Multimedia Content Production:

• Conceptualize visual ideas for Social Media campaigns (Facebook Zalo Instagram).

• Independently film and edit marketing videos (TikTok Reels) and doctor interviews. Proactively anticipate and resolve production challenges (lighting sound scripting).

Event Coordination & Multi-tasking:

• Support the coordination of events workshops and health talks.

• Scientifically prioritize and manage multiple concurrent Marketing projects ranging from online to offline.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and propose new methods or tools (such as AI) to optimize the teams design and content production workflows.

Peer Support:

• Support and guide other team members (Interns/Level 1) on design expertise and cross-departmental collaboration workflows (with BD Operations).

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương. (Ưu tiên đã từng làm trong môi trường Healthtech Y tế Bảo hiểm).

Khả năng độc lập: Có khả năng tự lập kế hoạch và ưu tiên công việc hàng ngày mà không cần sự nhắc nhở sát sao từ quản lý.

Kỹ năng Đa nhiệm: Khả năng quản trị thời gian xuất sắc giữ được sự bình tĩnh và tỉ mỉ dù xử lý nhiều đầu việc cùng lúc.

Năng lực chuyên môn:

• Sử dụng thành thạo Adobe Photoshop Illustrator và phần mềm dựng video (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut Pro).

• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc tổ chức sự kiện và làm việc với đối tác cung ứng.

Tư duy thẩm mỹ: Có gu thẩm mỹ hiện đại chuyên nghiệp phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn sạch sẽ và tin cậy của ngành y tế.

Thái độ: Quyết liệt với chất lượng đầu ra chủ động giải quyết vấn đề và có tinh thần hỗ trợ đồng đội.

What we are looking for

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Preferred background in Healthtech Healthcare or Insurance industries).

Independence: Highly capable of self-planning and prioritizing daily tasks without close supervision from management.

Multi-tasking Skills: Exceptional time management abilities; staying calm and meticulous while handling multiple workflows simultaneously.

Professional Expertise:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and video editing software (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut Pro).

• Proven hands-on experience in event organization and vendor management.

Aesthetic Mindset: Modern and professional aesthetic sense aligning with the clean and trustworthy standards of the healthcare industry.

Attitude: High commitment to output quality proactive in problem-solving and a strong team-player spirit.
