Job Summary

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our engineering team to strengthen test automation across UI API and performance this role you will help build reliable and scalable automation frameworks that ensure high product quality and reduce regression risks.

You will work closely with developers QA engineers and SRE teams leveraging modern AI tools to expand automation coverage integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve the stability and reliability of automated tests. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy building maintainable automation frameworks and improving the overall quality of software systems.

Working Location:

ETOWN CENTRAL BUILDING 07 - 11 Doan Van Bo Street District 4 HCMC

Responsibilities:

Develop unit integration and end-to-end tests using Pytest Playwright.
Build and maintain performance and load tests using tools such as K6.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure early detection of issues during development.
Investigate and resolve flaky tests analyze failures and clearly identify root causes (test issues vs product defects).
Track and improve quality metrics such as automation coverage test reliability and performance baselines.

Requirements

4 years of experience in software testing or software development with a strong focus on test automation.
Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python with the ability to write clean maintainable test code.
Hands-on experience with Playwright Pytest K6 or similar tools.
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies test design techniques and test data management.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with Git-based workflows.
