Job Summary
Join Envision Honda ofMilpitas as a Sales & Leasing Consultant and be a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences in the automotive this role you will engage with potential customers guide them through the sales and leasing process and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their preferences and budget.
- Explain vehicle features pricing financing and leasing options clearly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory promotions and dealership policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or leasing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Must pass the background check and drug test.
