Sr Sales Manager Technical Sales

The Country Sales Manager is responsible for driving national sales growth defend and expand market share and building key customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and market strategy.
As sales manager you will be responsible for:
- Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.
- Formulates deal structure pricing proposal development.
- Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.
- Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process.
- Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Technical economical logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handles important clients for a product line. Cooperates with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
- Accountable for tracking monitoring and expediting bill & collections.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor or masters degree of STEM background.
- Minimum 3 years field engineer working experience with direct exposure with at least 2 types of operation from production enhancement coiled tubing cementing operation.
- Minimum 3 years sales and commercial working experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Be Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize organize work and meet deadlines.
- Availability to travel on short notice within or outside India.
