Senior Wealth Advisor
The Senior Wealth Advisor partners closely with a Senior Partner to lead relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. This role delivers high-touch comprehensive wealth management and family office services and requires deep expertise in planning and investments strong client-facing skills and the ability to mentor team members while overseeing complex client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with a Senior Partner to lead and manage UHNW client and family relationships
Deliver integrated wealth management and family office solutions for existing and prospective clients
Perform complex analysis across financial estate income tax insurance and investment planning
Design and implement sophisticated portfolio strategies including private and alternative investments
Clearly articulate the firms services and value proposition to clients and prospects
Coordinate with external advisors including attorneys accountants and insurance professionals
Prepare and document client meetings recommendations and action plans
Oversee implementation of client strategies to ensure high-quality execution
Provide guidance mentoring and support to junior team members
Qualifications
710 years of experience in wealth management or a related advisory role
Bachelors degree required
Professional credentials achieved or in progress strongly preferred including combinations of:
CPA MST JD or LLM
CFA or CIMA
CFP
Strong knowledge of UHNW investment strategies portfolio construction and private investments
Expertise in income gift and estate tax planning; insurance; advanced wealth transfer; and philanthropy
Experience with business owners entrepreneurs and exit planning
Exceptional attention to detail analytical ability and follow-through
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
