Position Summary
As a Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service by efficiently managing vehicle service needs while promoting appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
- Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify service requirements.
- Promote sales of services parts and accessories based on thorough product knowledge.
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and completion times obtaining customer authorization.
- Monitor service progress and communicate updates or changes to customers.
- Manage new and used vehicle warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
- Confirm service appointments in advance and conduct post-repair follow-ups.
- Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and communicate results to customers.
- Comply with all state and federal laws governing automobile repair and consumer protection.
- Exemplify company values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position with scheduled hours aligned to dealership operations.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range from $75000 to $150000 annually paired with a lucrative compensation plan. - Minimum of two years experience as a dealership service advisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record in the state of employment.
- Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
