From the Classroom to a New Kind of Impact
After nearly two decades in education I reached a point where I began exploring how I could continue making a difference — while also creating more flexibility and balance in my life.
Like many educators I had developed skills that went far beyond the classroom: mentoring guiding others facilitating learning and helping people grow in confidence and capability.
That search eventually led me into the field of personal development and success education where those same skills continue to make a meaningful impact in a different setting.
Today my life is so different compared to my life in education where I:
Create a more balanced and sustainable work schedule
Work remotely while staying connected to meaningful conversations
Continue supporting people in their personal and professional growth
Ive found this type of work often resonates with educators who:
Are natural mentors and communicators
Enjoy helping others unlock their potential
Value autonomy flexibility and lifelong learning
Are exploring fulfilling alternatives beyond the classroom
If youre an educator who has ever wondered what other pathways your skills might open up Im always happy to share insights from my own transition.
Feel free to reach out if youd like to explore what a shift like this can look like.
No pressure — just an open professional conversation.
