Youll manage all inbound sales enquiries across calls web and listings ensuring every lead is responded to quickly and andallocateleads to the relevant leasing executivescoordinateand schedule site viewings with park managers and follow up on lead progress and lead vettingmaintainaccurateCRM records track data and feedback andidentifytrends that support ongoing provide general administrative and operational support to the leasing team while ensuring clients receive consistentlyhigh levelsof this role as it is the first within the organisation soyoullreallyhave the opportunity tomake it your own.
