Job Summary
Sutherland is hiring experienced Customer Service Executives / Customer Support Associates / Sales Associates for an International BPO Blended Process (50% Voice & 50% Chat) supporting North American customers. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries sales calls upselling and cross-selling while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers
Provide end-to-end customer support query resolution and issue handling
Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services
Meet CSAT quality sales and productivity targets
Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance
Accurately document interactions in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:
1 / 3 years experience in International BPO (Customer Service / Sales)
Strong communication skills for both voice and chat processes
Comfortable working in Night Shifts / US Shifts / North America Time Zone
Male candidates from Indore Kolkata Delhi Jaipur
Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period buyout / relieving letter considered)
