Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
-
Oversee daily receiving storage picking packing and dispatch of goods.

Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are completed accurately and on time.

Monitor warehouse cleanliness organization and safety standards.
Inventory Control
-
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (DMS / WMS / SAP).
-
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
-
Investigate and report stock discrepancies damages or losses.
Documentation & System Updates
-
Prepare and verify warehouse-related documents such as GRN delivery orders invoices and stock reports.
-
Ensure timely and accurate system transactions for all warehouse movements.

Support audit requirements and compliance checks.
Coordination & Communication
-
Liaise with logistics providers suppliers and internal departments (Sales Service Finance Procurement).

Coordinate deliveries and collections to meet operational schedules.

Handle dealer or customer inquiries related to stock availability and order status.
Compliance & Safety
-
Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies SOPs and safety regulations.

Monitor proper handling labeling and storage of goods.
-
Report any safety incidents or operational risks promptly.
Continuous Improvement
-
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.

Support system enhancements and operational improvements as required.
Job Requirements
-
Working experience in Logistics Supply Chain Business or related field.

Minimum 13 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
-
Experience with inventory systems (WMS / SAP / DMS) is an advantage.

Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-
Able to work independently and under pressure.
-
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
