Job Title: Receptionist
Location: TRX Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Salary Range: RM2500 to RM3000 (Basic)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations including receiving parcels letters and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties (filing photocopying data entry etc.)
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking
- Ensure compliance with visitor policies and internal protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage
- Punctual reliable and able to multitask
- Presentable appearance and good communication in English
