Job Description

Warehouse

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements equipment utilization inventory gate processes and shipping methods
Overseeing receiving warehousing rental warehousing which include Re-Packing and Repair Operation.
Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse layout
Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Implement best practices for inventory management including cycle counting stock rotation and FIFO/LIFO principles

Logistics

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments including drivers and vehicle arrangement scheduling carrier selection and transportation logistics.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while minimizing shipping cost and transit time.
Collaborate with transportation providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and streamline freight operations.
Ensure proper documentation and photo taken during loading and unloading process

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Logistics & Warehouse or any relevant field
A Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Solid Understanding of Warehousing/Logistics and Inventory Management system
Ability to speak in English Malay & Mandarin ( due to business requirements)
MUST Be able to work in Banting
