The Role

The HR Lead will be the operational backbone for us - working directly with the founders to build the team run people operations and keep the organisation humming as we scale. This is a high-trust high-visibility role for someone who wants to learn how a global sports-tech company is built from the inside.

Youll own hiring HR and team engagement end-to-end while supporting strategic initiatives from the founders office.

Responsibilities-

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end hiring across technical and business roles
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines coordinate interviews negotiate and close offers
  • Develop sourcing strategies and recruiter relationships for niche roles (hardware sports-tech international operations)

People Operations

  • Own employee lifecycle onboarding documentation payroll coordination separations
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain HR policies
  • Serve as first point of contact for team members on HR matters

Culture & Engagement

  • Design and execute team engagement initiatives offsites milestones recognition
  • Monitor team health and proactively address concerns
  • Help preserve startup energy and ownership culture through rapid growth

Strategic Support

  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure follow-through on key decisions
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion

What Were Looking For

  • 5-10 years in HR talent acquisition operations or chief of staff roles
  • Startup experience strongly preferred;
  • Proven track record of closing hires across functions
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through nothing slips
  • Clear communicator who can represent the company to candidates and partners
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
