Job Summary

  • The Integration Delivery Lead is accountable for enabling the successful execution of all product tower activities encompassing Core Operate & Enhance and Development initiatives. This responsibility includes overseeing project advancement ensuring synergy with organizational objectives and promoting delivery excellence across all streams.
  • Project Leadership: Oversees comprehensive delivery of integration projects ensuring alignment with business objectives adherence to timelines and maintenance of quality standards.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience in delivering complex integration engagements.
  • Good technical knowledge of integration platforms and technologies- Boomi Azure APIM middleware APIs and data flows.
  • AI Integration Strategy: Formulates and executes strategies for embedding AI capabilities within business processes applications and systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serves as the principal liaison between business stakeholders technical teams vendors and partners translating requirements and communicating progress effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identifies evaluates and mitigates risks associated with integration including those specific to AI technologies such as data privacy ethical considerations and model reliability.
  • Technical Oversight: Provides expert guidance on architecture data flows and interoperability confirming that AI components are seamlessly integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Change Management: Facilitates organizational transformation equipping teams for new workflows AI-driven automation and efficient knowledge transfer.
  • Resource Planning: Strategically allocates and manages resources-including personnel technology and budget-to support AI integration initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures integration solutions particularly those involving AI undergo rigorous testing and validation meeting regulatory compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Experience in vendor management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality assurance.
  • Facilitate Successful Execution Across Product Tower Initiatives
  • Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Integration
  • As a trusted advisor the Integration Delivery Lead collaborates closely with the Client Product leader to guarantee realization of intended benefits from each initiative providing strategic guidance insights and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • The Integration Delivery Lead orchestrates communication and engagement among diverse stakeholders facilitating regular updates clarifying requirements and ensuring stakeholder involvement throughout every phase of the initiative.
  • Coordination Across Product Towers
  • For tickets or tasks requiring participation from other product towers the Integration Delivery Lead coordinates with respective leads to ensure efficient issue resolution. This approach encourages cross-functional collaboration and timely dependency management.
