Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Client Partner who will be responsible to engage key decision-makers regarding their data and technology challenges. Supporting Decision Inc Australias marketing activities and utilising your own initiative the role is to snowball interest in prospects and convert to sales.

What Will You Do

Specific activities involved in performing this role will include (but not be limited to):

Achieve Lead Generation Targets through:

  • Follow up on qualified leads.
  • Generate new business leads via outbound connections (telephone calls and other digital channels).)
  • Research leads/prospects to understand clients landscape.
  • Send personalised outbound messages to prospects.
  • Qualify prospects to the required criteria.
  • Nurture prospects to book meetings.

Achieve Sales Targets through:

  • Develop sales presentations.
  • Manage the sales strategy from the initial meeting to contract.
  • Create and develop sales proposals/tender responses and contracts.
  • Manage handover to the delivery team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records.
  • Register leads with our vendors.
  • Manage renewals of existing clients establishing a regular cadence of account management meetings with key client stakeholders.
  • Manage the adoption and expansion of DI services and technology at existing clients continually growing our client revenue base through incremental business.
  • Collaborate with Senior Directors to maximise opportunity potential.
