We are looking for a highly skilled and insightdriven Senior Demand Planner to take ownership of the demand planning process for the Baltics this pivotal role you will build reliable forecasts connect data with commercial reality and support strategic decisionmaking across multiple time horizons.

Key responsibility areas
- Manage monthly and weekly forecasting process at both the detail (short term) and aggregate (mid and long term) level to create a 0 -18 month rolling demand plan which becomes the basis for operating plans and financial projections.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams on demand plan preparation and execution
- Analyze data to translate it into insights.
- Challenge data sources and assumptions and ensure that the demand plan reflects commercial actions and assumptions in a fact-based way.
- Drive the understanding of forecast changes including main drivers (volume price competition etc.)
- Create scenarios through identification of demand risks and opportunities and through application of sensitivity analyses in price market share and competitive data.
- Drive reduction of forecast bias and improvement of forecast mix.

- Supporting IBP deployment and making business decision in 36 months time horizon
- Acting as a change leader and promote IBP as a way of working and key business decisions making
Functional Skills & Experience
- Degree in science business or technical
- Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP systems experience with SAP APO nice to have
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong influencing skills and leadership experience driving for improved learning and change
- Experience in close cooperation with commercial and/or general business management function
- Comfortably communicating and acting with different levels and stakeholders
- Communicative level of English
