Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and software.
- Install configure and maintain hardware software and network systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and projects.
- Document IT processes procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Train end-users on IT systems and applications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related fieldli>
- Experience with cloud computing cybersecurity and network infrastructure.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.
