Were looking for a dedicated Behavior Specialist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our this role youll be at the heart of creating supportive inclusive environments where every child can succeed.
What Youll Do
As a Behavior Specialist you will:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans alongside mental health and special needs teams
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff and families to support each childs success
- Partner with teaching staff to create and execute effective intervention strategies
- Support the implementation of IFSP and IEP goals
- Ensure full compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards Health Department guidelines Child Care Licensing Regulations HIPAA and ethical practices

- Competitive pay: $28.66/hour

What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Special Education Special Education Psychology or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience providing behavioral support services for children ages birth to five
