Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of CSR & Sales Growth Virtual Assistant. This role is designed for a candidate who aims to start in customer service and ultimately transition into a sales-focused position. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer service expertise and sales experience with a clear understanding that this role will evolve into more sales responsibilities as they gain experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat to address inquiries provide product information and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leverage previous sales experience to identify customer needs and propose relevant products and solutions actively participating in upselling efforts.
- Track customer feedback and insights contributing to the development of strategies to enhance both customer service and sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to learn effective sales techniques and assist in the implementation of promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Assist in creating engaging sales materials and presentations as you transition into sales-focused responsibilities.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates share insights and develop sales acumen.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets for both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior sales experience is essential demonstrating a familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in customer service roles ideally with a component of sales experience.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
- Experience with sales growth strategies and a solid understanding of sales metrics is highly valued.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is a plus as it pertains to driving sales.
