Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through continuous communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
- Handle objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to close sales.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Experience in customer service or support roles would be an asset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with the industry or market trends is a plus.
