We have two temporary opportunities available to join the Levy Systems and Processes team in the Corporate & Finance Group as a Business Analyst.
- 1 x until end of June 2026
- 1 x until end of January 2027

About the roles Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Business Analyst in the team you will be working to ensure our business customer systems are fully optimised. This includes defining and developing business process documentation building and maintaining relationships across the business to understand needs and develop requirements and providing SME support and recommendations.
The Business Analyst also assists with troubleshooting and operational resolution of any system-related exceptions to ensure the smooth continued operation of business customer service delivery functions.
The assignment ending January 2027 is working on the Mailhouse transition this role you will be working in a team primarily responsible for the following:
- Identifying and escalating issues
- Proofing
- Suppression processes
- Managing inbound and outbound files and maintenance
- Reconciliation and reporting
- Vendor invoicing
- Understanding how data inputs influence final outputs (invoice redesign work).
Both roles report to the Team Manager Levy Systems & Processes and are Wellington based.
The base salary range for a Business Analyst role is $85037 $120052. If employed on a fixed term contractACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
About you Mōu
These roles require the following:
- Must have experience dealing with complex invoicing issues.
- Prior experience in a role that requires strong data and analysis skills.
- Experience undertaking reporting analysis and insight into complex issues.
- Ability to apply business analyst skills that result in well-understood and defined processes procedures and requirements.
- A naturally curious and proactive approach and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities with ease.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
For the assignment ending January 2027 we are ideally looking for some prior exposure to a Mailhouse transition or similar project and a basic understanding of the following:
- Test file creation
- End to end testing
- Understanding of how requirements documents work.
