FMI Applications Analyst
Te tūranga The role
As the FMI Applications Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the resilience efficiency and continual improvement of Aotearoas core payment and settlements system. This role combines deep business and system knowledge with analytical capability to solve complex problems that may affect the stability of Financial Market infrastructures.
As the subject matter expert you will assist product owners in interpreting business needs creating requirements for development partners and anticipating the impact for stakeholders. You will work closely with product owners vendors and internal teams to analyse evaluate and guide improvements to enhance the functionality of critical national services.
The role also provides an ongoing functional support capability contributing to businessasusual operations supporting functional investigation and issue resolution and ensuring continued confidence in the operation of Aotearoas core payment and settlements system

To succeed in this role you will bring:
A strong understanding of business analysis and documentation requirements
Demonstrable experience in writing reports procedures and process documents
Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate across the directorate
The ability to communicate and present technical information to a non-technical audience
