Applicants MUST have prior or current experience working for a staffing agency (temporary staffing contract staffing direct hire or workforce solutions).
Candidates without staffing industry experience will not be considered. No exceptions.
Position SummaryThe Sales Executive / Account Manager is responsible for driving new business development account growth and client partnerships for FLAGs staffing and recruitment solutions. This role is designed for a proven staffing sales professional who understands how to sell recruiting services manage requisitions and partner closely with delivery teams to produce results.
This position is a critical leadership role with clear visibility into the overall business and is intended to evolve into broader ownership of sales strategy client relationships and business development execution.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & SalesIdentify target and secure new client partnerships for staffing and recruitment services
Generate prospect lists through cold calling market research networking referrals and social selling
Conduct discovery meetings to identify hiring pain points and deliver tailored staffing solutions
Position FLAG as a strategic staffing partner not a transactional vendor
Leverage success within accounts to expand into additional departments and divisions
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Generate requisitions for the recruiting team and drive the interview feedback and onboarding process
Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers supervisors and decision-makers
Provide regular updates market insights forecasting and workforce planning support
Deliver exceptional client service through responsiveness execution and results
Work closely with recruiters to ensure alignment on candidate profiles priorities and timelines
Influence internal stakeholders and drive urgency and accountability throughout the delivery process
Ensure feedback loops are tight between clients recruiters and contractors
Promote FLAG marketing materials and value propositions consistently
Cultivate strong face-to-face relationships with decision-makers
Actively use social media platforms to promote jobs generate leads and drive referrals
Represent FLAG professionally in the market and strengthen brand presence
Proven experience selling staffing and recruitment services
Strong understanding of requisition flow candidate submittals interviews and onboarding
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and client accounts simultaneously
Experience working directly with recruiters and delivery teams
Proven ability to generate leads via phone email and in-person outreach
Strong follow-up and follow-through with clients and contractors
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to influence hiring managers and internal teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a founder-led fast-paced environment
Resilient adaptable and execution-focused
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn ATS/CRM systems
Comes from a staffing agency background (not internal HR not SaaS not general B2B sales)
Has personally opened accounts managed clients and driven requisitions to fill
Comfortable owning outcomes revenue and relationships
