Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Summary:

• Provide hands-on training to Electrical/Electronic and Structural technicians.

• Teach industry-standard manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Work with adult learners in a classroom and shop floor environment.

• Support the adoption of new technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

• Current or previous IPC Certification

• Experience with Connector Mate & Demate operations hardware torquing and adhesive bonding

• Minimum 4 years manufacturing experience

• Minimum 1 year On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint Word Teams etc.)

• Experience with engineering documentation and drawings

• Ability to maintain strong professional relationships with students colleagues and management

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
