Job Summary:
We are looking for a Delivery Lead / Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects and programs across teams in North Carolina. This role focuses on planning execution stakeholder communication and ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business technology vendors)
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets
- Track progress risks and dependencies; resolve issues proactively
- Communicate status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards and business goals
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in project or program delivery
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP PgMP or Scrum certification
- Experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives
