Project Management Specialist Global Rollouts

We are partnering with a global publicly traded life sciences company to hire a Program Specialist to support a major Finance transformation initiative for a large U.S. legal entity. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Finance Accounting and IT focused on driving successful adoption of a new ERP platform (SAP) through strong program management stakeholder alignment and process improvement.

Ideal Background

• Relevant experience in Finance Accounting Business Engineering or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional project or programs(finance transformation ERP integrations shared services controllership/finance workstreams strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead workshops drive alignment across stakeholders and influence without authority
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization (medical device / life sciences a plus)
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Miro etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear executive-ready updates
• Process-improvement mindset (certifications like PMP Prosci Lean Six Sigma are a plus)
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to scope work navigate roadblocks and manage multiple competing priorities
