We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site execution of a utility-scale photovoltaic project based in Dallas Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Site Manager will be the highest on-site authority and will be fully responsible for the execution of construction activities ensuring compliance with project planning quality standards safety regulations environmental requirements and client specifications.
This role requires strong leadership technical expertise in photovoltaic construction and proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in field environments
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from mobilization through Mechanical Completion and Final Delivery.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors across all disciplines (civil mechanical electrical MV/HV substations).
- Ensure works are executed according to approved engineering construction procedures and project schedule.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and all company HSE standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.
- Control quality execution in coordination with Quality and Technical teams.
- Identify risks related to schedule safety quality or cost and report them immediately to Project Management.
- Approve work plans method statements and resource allocation for site activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering Procurement Logistics and Project Management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent SEYSES on-site in front of the client owners engineer inspectors and other stakeholders.
- Support commissioning and energization activities.
- Ensure proper documentation control and preparation of site reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil Electrical Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
- Proven experience as Site Manager or similar leadership role in U.S. construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and U.S. safety standards.
- Solid understanding of PV plant construction processes (civil works tracker installation DC/AC works MV/HV systems).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
- Full availability to work on-site in Dallas Texas.
