IT Manager Business Solutions Commercial / B2B / HR / LegalPay Rate:$131800 - $175700Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay Salaried Full-Time (Hybrid)About The Role:Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF) is seeking an IT Manager to lead global enterprise and commercial applications as the business transitions to independent IT operations. This role serves as Service Owner responsible for strategy delivery and performance across a diverse application landscape supporting critical business initiatives include a migration of SAP systems out of a transition service agreement the transition of applications from the former owners environment to GCF and thirdparty providers and the evaluation and implementation of services enabled by AMS/MSP partners to support TSA exit scalability and operational ideal candidate will develop and execute IT strategy aligned with commercial corporate and operational objectives ensuring reliable performance across a portfolio of Leadership & Service OwnershipDevelop and execute a transition plan to establish independent IT services using internal and third-party as the Service Owner for enterprise and commercial applications accountable for lifecycle activities including strategy design transition operations and continuous improvement. Maintain a strategic roadmap for application modernization aligned with evolving business Partnership EnablementEvaluate identify and implement services enabled by third-party AMS/MSP service scope performance expectations and governance AMS/MSP capabilities into GCFs IT operating Transformation & Platform EvaluationLead planning and execution of the TSA exit and multi-year transition from ECC CRM and related and compare SAP and competing solutions based on functionality cost scalability and business with stakeholders and vendors to define scope architecture and deployment Corporate and Enterprise Systems LeadershipOversee applications supporting Commercial (CRM) EDI/B2B integrations HR systems Legal systems and other enterprise with business leaders to align application capabilities with process needs and improvement modernization and integration strategies across these & Vendor EngagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify prioritize and deliver application relationships with external service providers to ensure delivery quality and Performance & GovernanceEstablish and monitor SLAs OLAs and KPIs to ensure service reliability and user incidents problems and change management Improvement & InnovationUse analytics and feedback to drive service a culture of continuous improvement across service & Compliance ManagementOwn the financial performance of the service portfolio including budgeting forecasting and cost compliance with industry standards and regulatory LeadershipHire lead and develop a high-performing IT team with a service-oriented knowledge sharing and operational excellence across internal and external You: Knowledge Skills and Abilities 10 years in systems related management application strategy or solution delivery.3 years in IT management and leadershipBachelors degree in IT Business or related field; advanced degree leadership in ERP and enterprise application environments especially SAP ECC/CRM and BW4/ supporting commercial systems (CRM) EDI/B2B integrations HR platforms and/or Legal understanding of global supply chain operations including U.S. export logistics and international project management skills (Agile/Scrum preferred).Effective in vendor management contract negotiation and service communication stakeholder engagement and critical thinking acumen in budgeting forecasting and cost-benefit leading high-performing IT teams in lean or evolving Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF):Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products.
