Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Business)
Location: Boca Raton FL (Hybrid after training)
Salary: $50000 $65000 Benefits
We are looking to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing team and help manage a book of small business accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction policy servicing and working in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts
- Handle endorsements certificates policy changes and renewals
- Respond to client inquiries and provide day-to-day servicing
- Review policies process audits and assist with claims
- Market and remarket accounts as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements:
- Active Florida 2-20 Insurance License
- Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with AMS 360 is a plus
