Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify qualify and generate new business opportunities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

  • Maintain and update leads opportunities accounts and activities in Salesforce CRM

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

  • Conduct product presentations demos and negotiations with clients

  • Prepare and share regular sales reports pipeline updates and forecasts

  • Collaborate with marketing presales and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal execution

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals



Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales business development or account management

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of sales processes lead management and opportunity tracking

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build report with customers and close deals effectively

  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently
