Key Responsibilities
Identify qualify and generate new business opportunities
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain and update leads opportunities accounts and activities in Salesforce CRM
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Conduct product presentations demos and negotiations with clients
Prepare and share regular sales reports pipeline updates and forecasts
Collaborate with marketing presales and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales business development or account management
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (mandatory)
Strong understanding of sales processes lead management and opportunity tracking
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to build report with customers and close deals effectively
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently
