Role Overview

We are looking for confident driven and customer-focused female Business Development Managers with strong field sales experience. The role involves direct engagement with B2B customers promoting firms solutions building long-term relationships and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 710 cold visits daily to B2B customers within assigned territories

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM as required



Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Customer Engagement: Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers

  • Field Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B field sales and on-ground customer acquisition

  • Relationship Management: Skilled at nurturing long-term customer relationships

  • Target-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics

  • Communication Skills: Clear persuasive and professional communication

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum graduate qualification

  • Experience: 3 years of field sales experience (mandatory)

  • Industry Exposure: B2B FMCG Services Telecom Fintech or similar field sales roles preferred

  • Language Skills: English & Hindi mandatory; Marathi is an added advantage

  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated independent and results-oriented
