RQ10387 Specialized IT Consultant Senior

Responsibilities:

• Works in partnership with clients advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems work to improve structure and efficiency of an organizations I&IT systems.
  
• The I&IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to Information Management & IT technology IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT.
  
• Provides subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.
  

General Skills:

• Acts as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable
  
• Provide the quality assurance/quality control of specific deliverables
  
• Anticipates and resolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget to the highest quality meeting or exceeding expectations
  
• Develops processes and procedures for implementing deliverables
  
• Prepares reports and presentations including options recommendations implementation plans etc.
  
• Works with clients to define the scope of a project and to determine requirements
  
• Defines software hardware and network requirements
  
• Analyzes I&IT requirements giving independent and objective advice on the use of I&IT
  
• Designs tests installs and monitors new systems and develops solutions and implementation of new systems
  
• Familiar with change-management principles and methodology
  
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices
  

Requirements

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

• Hands-on experience in multiple large scale Oracle data masking and sub setting projects to mask copies of Production data.
  
• Hand-on experience with Oracle Data masking and sub setting pack using OEM.
  
• Expert level knowledge in best practices for implementing data masking in enterprise environments.
  

Skill Set Requirements:

Technical Knowledge and experience:

• Hands-on experience in multiple large scale Oracle data masking and sub setting projects to mask copes of Production data.
  
• Hand-on experience with Oracle Data masking and sub setting pack using OEM.
  
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases.
  
• Expert level knowledge in best practices for implementing data masking in enterprise environments.
  
• Deep understanding of Oracle Database 19c including its architecture features and performance optimization on Exadata platforms.
  
• Experience in Oracle Exadata EBS Weblogic ASM/RAC Siebel is an asset
  
• Understanding of audit requirements and how data masking can address specific audit findings related to data privacy and security.
  

Methodology testing and troubleshooting:

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
  
• Experience working in agile development environment
  
• Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
  
• Contribute to the effective management of risks and issues associated with Solution designs
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams including designers developers architects project managers and QA
  
• Promotes industry standards and best practices with the product teams.
  
• Perform thorough code reviews including unit tests and ensure high quality of the software.
  
• Fix defects and support developers testers and end users
  

Planning documentation and communication:

• Prepare work plans with CYSSC Managers report and adjust completion status report issues and risks in a timely manner
  
• Write technical documentation that supports and thoroughly explains the architecture
  
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the team on the work completed
