What youll be doing
Reporting into the Sr. Manager Governance and Controls the Consultant Digital Intake & Publishing Business Effectiveness is accountable for ensuring access requirements records management and content publishing processes and activities adhere to auditable standards of CIBC. The consultant will achieve these goals by forging strong partnerships within Digital Intake & Publishing and with Governance Internal Audit Projects and Marketing teams and addressing any issues promptly and effectively in support of maintaining excellent business operations.

How youll succeed
Support key auditable processes - You will facilitate the quarterly and annual activities related to controls accountability review (Logical access) and other Operational Risk Processes and work with multiple stakeholders to attest to accurate and relevant content across our websites.
Measure Analyze and Optimize Operations - You will analyze reports and dashboards that capture all the Intakes across all delivery pods and provide guidance on process adherence as well as make recommendations for process improvements. You will also manage and improve the process documentation and identify procedural and technology opportunities to improve overall operations efficiency.
Work with a Cross Functional Team - You will seek and implement best practices for improving standards for both our Business Effectiveness and larger Digital Intake & Publishing teams including supporting new hires with training and procedural guides and providing process guidance to our publishing partners and stakeholders. You will also facilitate and record regular feedback and project retrospectives where needed while ensuring identified optimizations and best practices are shared with our partners and stakeholders.
Build Relationships - You will work closely and collaboratively with Digital Governance and Controls Digital Intake and Publishing teams Governance Marketing teams and Lines of Business Partners to maintain high standards to content management across our digital properties.
Communication - You will use your superior interpersonal and communication skills to provide information insight and guidance to team members and stakeholders and represent our LOB to Control Testers Compliance and Audit.
