What Youll Be Doing
The Senior Consultant Compliance Reporting & Analytics will be part of the Compliance Reporting & Analytics team within Enterprise-Wide Compliance (EWC) reporting to the Director Compliance Reporting & Analytics. The objective of the role is to support the end-to-end senior leadership reporting process quarterly for the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) report lead RCM program reporting and enhance Compliances reporting function through data & analytics insights.

How Youll Succeed
Reporting: Support the end-to-end senior leadership reporting process quarterly for the CCO report including its subsidiaries (e.g. CRO report CCO placemat Reputational Risk report etc.). This process involves gathering data and insights from relevant stakeholders compiling the final report leading review and challenge sessions and incorporating feedback from compliance executives in each iteration to finalize the report for the various risk committees.
Regulatory and compliance: Lead RCM program reporting for regulatory developments deficiencies CIRAs and other ad-hoc reports. Enhance and develop reporting procedures ensure alignment with the evolving RCM program needs.
Assist with ad-hoc requests received from stakeholders by designing and implementing data and analytics solutions tailored to meet the needs of CGRA. Turn data from multiple sources into information and insights helping the Compliance stakeholders to make insightful strategic and data-informed decisions and reporting.
Through data visualization and reporting develop track and communicate meaningful KPI/KRIs by ensure data visualizations effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholder requests.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in data and analytics.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting analytics processes and methodologies.
Who You Are
Demonstrated experience in Executive level reporting and knowledge in regulatory compliance governance & controls or related fields.
Excellent written skills with the ability to detail complex information to a non-technical or technical audience. Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to establish strong relationships in order to build trust amongst all stakeholders (both internally and externally).
Solid judgment and problem-solving skills in order to provide input and advice to key partners and stakeholders for best compliance and risk management solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and strong business acumen.
Proficiency in tools such as CIBC AI MS Word Excel PowerPoint. Knowledge in data visualization tools like PowerBI is an asset knowledge in Power automate is also an asset.
Proven time management skills in order to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and to manage overall timelines. Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings.
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others when there are differences of opinion
