Growth Marketing Incubator is not a classroom-only program. Participants will learn fast execute real campaigns work on real revenue initiatives and be evaluated continuously. After the program top performers will be offered full-time roles as Growth Marketing Associates.
Program Details
- Cohort Size: 5 candidates only
- Junior digital marketers with 1-2 years experience
- Marketing interns with real project exposure

What Youll Do
Phase 1: Learning (4 Weeks)
- Learn growth marketing sales-led growth and revenue fundamentals
- Work on structured assignments and real-world case studies
- Build growth funnels acquisition plans and revenue strategies
- Complete a capstone project to qualify for internship
Phase 2: Internship (6 Months)
- Execute marketing campaigns (paid ads content email social)
- Support outbound sales and prospecting efforts
- Research and support partnerships and collaborations
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Run and document growth experiments
- Work closely with mentors and growth leads
Phase 3: Full-Time Opportunity
- Top performers transition into Growth Marketing Associate role
- Take ownership of channels campaigns or revenue initiatives
- Be accountable for growth KPIs tied to business outcomes
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing or growth concepts
- Exposure to at least one area: paid ads content analytics CRM outreach or sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers
- Willingness to execute test and be accountable for results
- Full-time availability throughout the program
Nice-to-Have (Bonus):
- Experience with HubSpot or any CRM
- Paid ads exposure (even small budgets)
- Cold email or LinkedIn outreach experience
