Zeeco Europe is seeking a proactive and detaildriven Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing branding and communication activities across the EMEA region. This role plays a key part in strengthening Zeecos regional presence through effective localised marketing execution while also managing the full lifecycle of customer and vendor prequalification and approval processes.
Youll work closely with regional sales teams the UK office and our global corporate marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and materials. Alongside this youll ensure that all thirdparty relationships meet organisational financial and compliance requirements through diligent assessment documentation and process management.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute local marketing activities including tradeshows events advertising and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with product groups and internal departments to support marketing needs.
- Proofread edit and submit abstracts papers and presentations for conferences and industry events.
- Support the Senior Marketing Lead and events team with planning and delivering exhibitions and customer events including postevent followup.
- Work with the marketing team to produce collateral such as brochures case studies presentations merchandise and signage.
- Manage local content updates for Zeeco Europes social media channels ensuring brand consistency and appropriate approvals.
- Procure and maintain inventory of marketing materials merchandise gifts and signage for EMEA offices.
- Support distribution of assets created by video production and graphic design teams.
- Conduct market research to identify regional trends and customer needs.
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement activities in the UK office.
- Track and report on the performance of regional marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects.
- Manage Wallboard digital signage for Zeeco Europe.
- PreQualifications & Customer/Vendor Approvals
- Log new enquiries and allocate them appropriately.
- Provide regular updates on approval progress.
- Review and validate documentation for new prequalifications and customer/vendor setup.
- Conduct duediligence checks including financial legal and regulatory compliance.
- Work with Finance Procurement HR and QHSE to complete prequalification questionnaires.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure all portal systems are updated with current status and progress.

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong writing editing and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Effective interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Critical thinking adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies consistently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of procurement or financial controls (desirable).
- Passion for marketing and a desire to grow within the field.
- Previous experience in marketing communications or events coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot) preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing practices.
