Human Resources Executive (Part time)

We are currently looking for a Part time HR Executive (3 days per week) to join the team. You will support the HR team in all areas of the employee life cycle.

Position Summary:

• Assist in planning and executing HR activitiesprogramsand initiatives- creating a space for associates to gather and belong
• Assistwith the onboarding ofnewassociatesand preparemanagerialemployment contracts
• Execute all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
• Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team invitingwelcomingand connecting with each associate
• Planorganiseand execute TakeCare events and activities creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.
• Support theHuman Resourcesteam withadministration tasks andgeneral enquiries
• Support the hotels talent acquisition strategywelcoming and engaging withassociates

About You:

• Relevant experience in a similar role essential
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Working rights in Australia
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
• Self-motivated driven and energized in afast-pacedenvironment
