Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices retail centres logistics facilities and land lease communities. This longterm partnership reflects Downers strength in managing large complex portfolios and delivering highquality services at scale.

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join our workforce and play a key role in maintaining safe compliant and wellpresented Land Lease Communities across Stocklands national portfolio with multiple positions available to support various sites across the state.

Reporting to Facilities Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.


What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Acting as the first point of contact for onsite maintenance and minor repairs

• Conducting routine site inspections hazard identification and risk mitigation

• Coordinating contractors deliveries supplies and consumables

• Performing general maintenance cleaning and pool testing activities

• Responding to incidents emergencies and afterhours maintenance needs

What Youll Bring

• Experience in general maintenance basic repairs or a trades assistant background

• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and Zero Harm principles

• Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor service delivery performance

• Current Drivers Licence White Card and Police Check

• Strong communication skills with a customerfocused mindset
